Children’s Dental Health has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.  

Our busy practice is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and a detail oriented individual with the desire to provide excellent service to our patients. As part of our team, it is essential that you have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and convey a professional image.

Schedule:  Mondays-Warrington: 9AM-5PM Arrival time no later than 8:30am Thursdays-Springfield: 8:30AM-5PM, Arrival time 8am-8:20am. We start seeing pts at 8:30AM Fridays-Springfield: 8:30AM-5PM, Arrival time 8am-8:20am. We start seeing pts at 8:30AM

Locations: 2210 Shetland Drive Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976 United States  ; 130 S. State Road Springfield, Pennsylvania 19064 United States 

• Conduct a consultation to understand a patient’s oral health history, objectives, and concerns 
• Accurately chart all examination findings on behalf of Doctor  
• Work with the Doctor to diagnose and prepare treatment plans. Present treatment fees and discuss financial arrangements with patients 
• Contact patients/parents to schedule treatment and/or discuss payment options for Medicaid approvals/denials, private insurance patients, and self-pay patients 
• Notify patients of co-payments and co-payment requirements upon scheduling 
• Conduct treatment consultations with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented 
• Consistently and effectively follow-through with patient scheduling and appointments to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately and payment agreements are filled out correctly 

• At least 1 years of experience working in an Orthodontic setting; familiarity with the treatment process a must 
• Experience discussing treatment plans and financial matters with families 
• Experience working with various medical/dental insurance plans is a plus 
• X-ray certification preferred
