Join Our Team as a Skilled Contact Center Agent!

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience right from the first contact. You will be responsible for assisting patients with a variety of tasks to ensure their dental care journey is smooth and efficient.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $18-22/hr

Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm

Location: Fully Remote

• Assist callers with scheduling appointments, appointment confirmations, record requests etc.  
• Secure and input accurate demographic and financial information from patients 
• Accurately enter data in system 

• Minimum of one (1) years of working experience in a health care environment, call center, or customer service-oriented role 
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

• Ability to multi-task
