At Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, we are passionate about delivering exceptional dental care while creating a seamless, stress-free experience for every patient. We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Treatment Coordinator (TC) to join our team and make a real impact!

As a TC, you’ll be the vital link between our patients and the care they need. You’ll manage treatment schedules across multiple offices, ensure patients are fully prepared for their procedures, and provide clear, compassionate communication every step of the way. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate efficiently will help keep our operations running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels informed, valued, and cared for.

Pay: $18 - $25 / Hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45am-5pm

Location: Columbia TN

• Manage dental insurance prior authorizations, ensuring they are secured at least 30 days before surgery.
• Notify patients of their scheduled surgery time one week prior and confirm all necessary co-pays are collected in advance.
• Maintain accurate scheduling using Dentrix and Vision systems, ensuring alignment across platforms.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and cancellations, keeping detailed records of reasons.
• Assist in collecting medical deductibles when applicable (separate from dental benefits).
• Check and respond to company emails daily to ensure effective communication.

• Experience working with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and staff.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• 1 year experience in pre auths and insurance verification
