As a TC, you will coordinate procedures across multiple offices and ensure every patient is prepared and informed for their dental surgery. Your attention to detail and communication skills will ensure smooth operations and positive patient experiences.

 

Schedule:Monday's at Warrington Location 8:20am-5:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday at Springfield Location 8:20am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage dental insurance prior authorizations, ensuring they are secured at least 30 days before surgery.
  • Notify patients of their scheduled surgery time one week prior and confirm all necessary co-pays are collected in advance.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling using Dentrix and Vision systems, ensuring alignment across platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and cancellations, keeping detailed records of reasons.
  • Assist in collecting medical deductibles when applicable (separate from dental benefits).
  • Check and respond to company emails daily to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Dentrix software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with patients and staff.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
