We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support our growing organization. This key role is responsible for contributing to a timely and accurate month-end close, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting cash management activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Compensation: $65-70/yr

Location: Nashville, TN 

• Prepare various journal entries for month-end close
• Perform variance analyses and account reconciliations
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Summarize cash receipts and help with related cash management duties
• Reconcile GL collections to bank log
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
• Assist Senior Accountant with Fixed Asset processing and reporting
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Great Plains experience a plus
• Some healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with working in a multi-company environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and take ownership from start to finish
• Good verbal and written communication skills
