Chord Specialty Dental Partners, a leading multi-specialty Dental Support Organization, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and oversee the full accounts payable cycle across multiple dental offices, surgery centers, and corporate entities.

Reporting directly to the Controller, this role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving process improvements. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships with vendors and collaborating across internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance financial operations.

Location: West Chester, PA

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team

• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments

• Manage month-end close activities and AP reporting

• Implement policies, controls, and process improvements

• Build strong vendor relationships and resolve inquiries promptly

• Oversee weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)

• Ensure compliance with tax filings, annual 1099s, and audits

• 5+ years of AP and general ledger experience

• 2+ years in a leadership or management role

• RAMP experience a plus

• Strong knowledge of AP best practices and internal controls

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Experience with multi-entity organizations is a plus
