Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm and Friday - 8:45am-5:00pm rotating between Philly and Warrington offices based on Operational Need
Pediatric Dental Associates, an affiliate of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, is looking for a high-energy, personable team member to serve our patients as a Treatment Coordinator!
At PDA, we combine clinical excellence with a fun, supportive atmosphere to deliver an exceptional orthodontic experience for every child and family we serve. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients and families through their orthodontic journey—from the first consultation to the final appointment.
This position is perfect for someone who’s friendly, organized, and passionate about patient education and service. You’ll collaborate closely with doctors to create treatment plans, explain insurance and financing options, and ensure every patient feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their care.
Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients—especially children and their families
Conduct consultations to review patient history, treatment goals, and concerns
Collaborate with doctors to develop and present treatment plans
Clearly explain financial responsibilities, insurance benefits, and payment options
Communicate Medicaid approvals/denials and handle private pay/self-pay arrangements
Schedule treatments and ensure proper co-pay documentation and payment agreements
Provide ongoing communication and support to patients throughout treatment
Assist the clinical team as needed (sterilization, seating patients, records appointments, etc.)
Manage new patient, consultation, and treatment start recalls
Maintain current certifications/licensures and stay informed on orthodontic best practices
Build trust with patients, helping them prioritize their treatment needs
Support general office operations and take on other duties as assigned
A strong understanding of orthodontic treatment workflows and patient care
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with cloud 9 a plus
Familiarity with dental/medical insurance plans is a plus
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient service
